Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy
SHIPPING
We offer USPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states from our location in Pleasantville, New York. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any seals must be unbroken.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards or for bath and beauty products such as olive oil soaps or bath salts that are sold in unsealed containers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Prior to returning a product for a refund or exchange, contact us by email at sales@kimberlyhouse.com. We will email you instructions for processing your return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund that has been approved within two weeks, first check your bank or credit card account.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time after we approve the refund before it is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@kimberlyhouse.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at sales@kimberlyhouse.com. We will send you an email with instructions for processing your exchange.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Follow the procedure above for returns or exchanges. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser. In this case, please include both your email address and the gift giver’s email address in your request for a gift refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kimberly House Returns, 69 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, NY, 10570, United States. Be sure to email us prior to shipping the product. This will ensure that your return or exchange is processed most efficiently.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
